Thank you for shopping with Toy Kingdom. We aim to pack and dispatch every order carefully and get your toys and collectibles on their way as quickly as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains our dispatch times, delivery options, shipping charges and what happens if there is a problem with your delivery.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, dispatch may take slightly longer.

2. UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using suitable postal and courier services.

Depending on the size, weight, value and destination of your order, your parcel may be sent using:

• Royal Mail

• Evri

• Another suitable delivery provider

The carrier used for your order may differ depending on which service is most appropriate for the parcel.
